Job Description
· Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
· Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
· Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
· Maintain accounts and Ledger, prepare and maintain pertinent financial and accounting data.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.
· Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors.
· Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
· Handle ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.
