Job Description
- This position includes responsibilities of planning and directing the financial activities of the Company such as the maintenance, analysis, interpretation, and management of financial accounting data.
- This includes the preparation of financial statements and expenditure reports.
- Analysis and presentation of financial data.
- Ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements
- You will manage the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
- You will conduct performance evaluations of employees within the department
- You will propose and coordinate training programs for new staff and identify training needs for current staff.
- You may also be asked to carry out similar tasks to support other departments within BUILDERS CHOICE INC. and BUILDERS CHOICE PROPERTY CORPORATION
