Job Description
Background of company: Home de Luxe and Joyce and Diana are the leading bedding brand in the Philippines. We are present in most department stores, hotel groups, and ecommerce channels like Lazada and Shopee. Our management team is energetic, smart, and ambitious.
Primary responsibilities:
- Budgeting, planning, and control of business performance
- Cost accounting and external financial reporting
- Compliance to financial/regulatory standards
- Book maintenance, A/P processing, payroll accounting, and taxation
- Systems analysis, design, and internal controls
- Internal audit plan (operational and financial)
- Drive implementation of ERP system
- Set up accounting processes and policies
Experience requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Finance with 5+ years of managerial experience in relevant industry
- 4 years of university degree in a relevant course
- Prior experience with process optimization and inventory management is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Experience with ERP or inventory management system is ideal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible in work tasking and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive with good working attitude
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Location: Quezon City

Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
