Job Description

We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager who will be responsible for various financial tasks including financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial statements and ensure that all transactions comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Alongside overseeing the Accounting Department, the candidate will also handle disbursement, cash management, and bookkeeping. The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Ensuring that clients are billed and collected on time
• Counterchecking petty cash fund and disbursement vouchers
• Monitoring cash position, collection, and deposits made by the Accounting staff
• Verifying bi-monthly payroll and payment/contributions to government agencies
• Preparing financial reports in compliance with government institutions’ requirements
• Accurately encoding all financial transactions in a timely manner
• Securing the company’s annual business permit
• Preparing other financial reports as requested by management
• Ensuring compliance with local and government agencies’ requirements
• Performing any other related duties as necessary or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a printing or manufacturing company
• Knowledge of PEZA documentation and processes is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and management skills
