QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field required (MASTER’S DEGREE or CPA preferred but not required).
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of Managerial experience in Accounting.
• An individual who work efficiently and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable with accounting software (ODOO, Quickbooks, etc..).
• Proficient in MS Offices (Word, PowerPoint, & Excel).
• Highly motivated, well organized, Self-starter, capable of working independently yet collaboratively.
• GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen to details and ability to manage numerous tasks at once.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review financial statements, ledgers, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Lead and manage the accounting department, providing guidance and support to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain strong internal control.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting rules, regulations, policies, and standards for company compliance.
• Training and Mentoring of staff.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and budgeting processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month
