Job Description
Job Specifications:
- We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the accounting and finance sector.
- Experience in the construction industry will be a significant advantage.
- The ideal candidate should be a strategic leader, data-driven, and possess a strong track record of career success.
- This role requires excellent analytical skills, sharp business acumen, and extensive knowledge of government compliance and basic tax laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance team.
- Develop and implement strategic financial initiatives and plans.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry is preferable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledgeable in government compliance and tax laws.
