Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. You will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
