Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implements a financial reporting framework through the monitoring and analyzing of accounting data towards the preparation of required financial statements and regulatory / management reports.
- Implements an expense processing and approval structure, including review of all payments, supplier processing, and maintenance of payment records.
- Enforces proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Reviews accruals and others for posting.
- Ensures timely BIR remittances, Wtax Expanded, Wtax Compensation, Monthly and Quarterly VAT, and Quarterly Income Tax.
- Coordinates with HR to ensure that payroll payments and reports are processed in a timely manner and are in line with required approvals.
- Performs other duties assigned by the Treasurer/Division Head and President & CEO.
