Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Payable:
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and approvals.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers with vendor statements.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee accurate inventory recording and conduct regular stock counts.
- Maintain records of stock movements for audit purposes.
Filing of Records:
- Organize and label documents for efficient retrieval.
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Detail-oriented with invoice/payment processing skills.
Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift, in-person.
