Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Officer to manage daily accounting functions, including transactions, billing, collections, official receipt issuance, monthly reporting and reconciliations, supplier and client coordination, and audit document preparation. The role also assists with payroll, government remittances, and BIR compliance.
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of accounting experience; at least 1 year working with QuickBooks.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office; detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with PeachTree, NetSuite, Odoo, or similar systems is a plus; PRC license preferred.
- Full-time, permanent, on-site in Santa Rosa City. Salary: Php18,00–30,00/month.
