Job Description
The Accounting Officer – receivables oversees payment monitoring and processing, including sales recording, reconciliation, and statement preparation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checks Daily Sales Report
- Reconciles sales vs collection
- Prepares bank reconciliation
- Manages invoices and manual invoice issuance
- Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships
- Prioritizes tasks, analyzes data, and shows resilience
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience: 3 years in accounting, 1 year in accounts receivable preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
