Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely journal reports.
- Assist in budgeting processes and ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Maintain monthly accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Reconcile GL accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Utilize SAP software for accounting tasks and ensure data integrity.
- Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and issuing payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in journal reporting, budgeting, and monthly accounts maintenance.
- Proficiency in SAP software and reconciliation of GL accounts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
