Job Description
- Review of all BIR reports before filing to EFPS.
- Preparation of VAT every month.
- Preparation of VAT relief every quarter.
- Preparation of Income Tax Return (ITR) remittances every quarter.
- Summary list of suppliers every July & December for SHI.
- Summary list of tenants every July & December for SHI, NLI, SOA & NCI.
- Review of sales summary before BIR remittance.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Lapsing of fixed assets (depreciation).
- Review and reconciliation of account balances in the system.
- Preparation of General Information Sheet (GIS) for SEC.
- Preparation of Affidavit of Non-Operations.
- Preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements.
- Answers to the external auditors.
- Preparation of records for BIR examination during LOA.
- Gives full assistance to others in the department.
