Job Description
The Accounting Officer (General Ledger) is responsible for maintaining and reconciling the general ledger accounts for the company. This includes recording journal entries, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required.
Key responsibilities include preparing monthly financial reports, assisting with audits, and collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
