Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations.
- Process balance sheets, income statements, and financial statements following legal and company guidelines.
- Assist in reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc.
- Update financial data in databases for accuracy and immediate availability.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Prepare monthly/yearly closing reports.
- Assist in other accounting projects.
Qualifications:
BS Accountancy Graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office, FS, BIR & SS reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
