Job Description
An APAR Officer is responsible for maintaining financial records and reports, process business transactions like accounts payable, receivables, and disbursements. He/She must be familiar with all accounting procedures and ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions are run accurately and effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process payment batches, including checks, electronic transfers in accordance with payment terms, and deadlines.
- Prepares withholding tax certificates issued to suppliers. Process employee expense reports and invoicing for the client.
- Reconcile cash and account balances, prepare closing entries thru the accounting system, and perform other related duties.
Working Schedule: Mondays – Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,500.00 per month
