Qualifications for Accounting Officer

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience in managing financial records, budgeting, and reporting.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations (GAAP/IFRS).
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze financial data and generate insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders.
