Job Description
Key Qualifications:
- BS/Degree in Accountancy, Accounting or Finance
- CPA or non CPA
- Competency in MS Office programs or databases
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience with accounting systems is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare financial reports/statements and complete schedules
- Prepare external and government-related compliance reports
- Knowledgeable on matters regarding government mandatory statutory benefits posting and reporting
- Perform occasional project/audit as directed by the external Finance Manager
- Conduct internal audit in accordance with relevant standards and procedures when needed
- Identify and communicate accounting and audit matters to external Finance Manager, President, and Upper Management
- Effectively communicate with external Finance Manager, President, and Upper Management to maintain a working relationship
- Demonstrate ability to follow directions and convey role value
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or Finance (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (Required)
