Job Description
Experience
- Preparation of Financial Statement reports including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Analysis per account, correcting entries, and manual worksheets.
Skills/Training
- Preparation and monitoring of payroll vouchers
- Monitoring of both BIR Filings, SEC Filings and tax related filings
- Performing bank reconciliation for accounts
- Preparing or checking of monthly summary of compensations contributions, and deductions
- Preparing quarterly income tax return and summary of credible tax withheld
- Maintaining files of certificates of credible tax withheld at source income tax and vat return purposes
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Financial and Accounting software applications
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare sales invoices, statements, and projections
- Attentive to details
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time Management (capability to meet multiple deadlines)
- Effective (functional in both accounting and auditing)
- Methodical approach to work
- Ability to work with a variety of people
- With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related course(s)
