Job Description
Conduent seeks an experienced Accounting Services Associate IV to execute technical accounting tasks in accordance with established procedures. The role organizes financial data, leads small teams, validates journal entries and classifications, extracts dashboard metrics, and supports audits with required documentation.
- Maintain and update process and desktop procedures; guide quality verifiers.
- Provide subject-matter guidance, perform first-level tasks and quality checks.
- Propose process improvements and coordinate assignments beyond immediate area as needed.
- Requires vocational training or equivalent experience and proficiency across accounting processes and systems.
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills and be able to work autonomously.
