Job Description
Reports To: Accounting Team
Location: Philippines, Remote, M-F, 8AM-5PM, PH & Mountain Time
Restriction: This opportunity is for candidates residing in the Philippines
Compensation: Php 35,00 to Php 55,00 Monthly
Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger account reconciliation
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries
- Prepare and interpret financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Assist with audits by providing supporting records and documentation
- Assist in preparation of budget and financial modeling
- Assist in variance analysis on actuals vs budget
- Prepare and send billing invoice to customers
- Perform cash application on accounts receivable
- Process vendor payments
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare cash monitoring report on trust funds
- Review and process payment of BIR tax returns
- Assist in payroll preparation
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or any equivalent
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
Experience working in an accounting or auditing firm is highly desirable
Must be willing to work from 8AM to 5PM, Mountain Time, during month-end reporting or as needed
Software Requirements:
- Quickbooks
