Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Performing reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Processing payroll and maintaining payroll records
Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in financial software are required for this role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are also essential.
