In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To process intercompany invoices in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system following the three-way matching principle.
• To research and investigate to clear disputed invoices and provide recommendations.
• To clear differences between subledger and ledger by performing Accounts Payable to General Ledger reconciliation.
• To reconcile Intercompany Statement of Account versus ledger and prepare Goods in Transit and accrual entries.
• To resolve intercompany imbalances.
• To perform intercompany netting selection and send remittance advice to intercompany vendors.
• To prepare and provide supporting documents for audit requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any Accounting-related degree.
• 3 years of relevant experience in General Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Accounts Payable, Audit, or Payroll.
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standard Board regulation.
• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
