Job Description
101 Shuttle Service Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff member to manage financial transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate posting.
- Count and reconcile cash, checks, and credit card receipts.
- Provide weekly updates on booked transactions.
- Conduct weekly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review payment requests and disbursement vouchers.
- Update and maintain records of financial business transactions using MIA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php 14,800.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary and overtime pay.
