Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end AP to Disbursement Process.
- Processing payment request forms, Reimbursement, Liquidation and Advances, which includes checking and verification of supporting documents.
- Checking or matching procurement purchase order, vendor invoices, and warehouse receiving reports.
- Processing of check vouchers and preparing manual checks or wire transfers/online bank transfers.
- Assisting vendor inquiries about payment reconciliations due to discrepancies.
- Assisting in the resolution of issues related to invoice/payment processing and check-releasing.
- Preparation of BIR 2307 for all expanded withholding tax withheld from suppliers.
- Keeping and maintenance of files.
- Taxation 1601E/0619E/1601EQ/2550M/2550Q.
- Other matters that may be assigned from time to time.

Salary: Php11,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
