Job Description
HMWS Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff member to manage Accounts Payable functions. Responsibilities include:
- Check accuracy of invoices
- Process and match invoices with Purchase Orders
- Send invoices to the Manager for payment approval
- Verify and process employee expense claims
- Perform reconciliations and support the month-end process
- Run weekly cash flow forecasting
- Assist the broader accounts team with various tasks
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Accurate data entry and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work within a team
- Proficiency in Excel and Xero
