- Ensure completeness of documents of payables prior to processing of payments
- Monitors due dates of accounts due for payment and prepares them for processing
- Monitoring of checks for disbursements
- Coordinate and reconcile with the purchaser regarding balances and undelivered items
The candidate must be/have:
- A graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Technology
- Knowledgeable of basic accounting principles
- At least 6 months of experience in a related field
- Keen attention to details, can handle pressure, flexible, and trainable
- Proficient in using MS Office Application and accounting systems
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
