Job Description
HMWS Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff member for our Accounts Receivable department. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Verifying and generating invoices
- Reconciling accounts receivable ledgers and bank accounts
- Chasing overdue payments via phone and email
- Resolving customer queries and issues
- Producing monthly aged debtor reports
- Assisting with month-end processes
Qualifications include:
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Xero
