Job Description:
- Preparing and scheduling accounts payable
- Generating weekly Budgeting financial reports
- Handling petty cash funds
- Preparing financial records and reports for external accounting
- Assisting in bank-related transactions and reconciliation
- Following up on past-due Accounts Receivable
- Responding to information requests and assisting with audits
- Performing clerical duties as needed by senior management
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy/Finance or related field
- At least 2 years of accounting experience
- Good Interpersonal & communication skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Applications
- Willing to work in Ecoland, Davao City
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
