Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintains and updates accounting files and records
- Prepares Journal Vouchers
- Manages financial reports, records, and accounts
- Processes intercompany entries and reconciliations
- Conducts month-end and year-end closures
- Performs financial transactions such as accounts payable/receivable
- Ensures timely billing and collection of payments
- Prepares bank deposits and statements
- Analyzes budgets and creates expense reports
- Check Preparation and Journal Entry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- 1-3 years’ experience in General Accounting
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Netsuite/Quickbooks and intermediate Excel Skills
Location: Makati City (Head Office)
