Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly reports to Corporate Accounting Head.
- Conducts spot checking of Purchases to prevent fraud.
- Assists in payroll activities.
- Maintains Purchase Books and Cash Disbursement Books.
- Prepares billing, check payments, and updates Monthly Vat Recap.
- Handles vehicle registration renewal and Accruals.
- Provides technical assistance and participates in inventory taking.
Qualification:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or BSBA Management Accounting.
- Proficient in computer usage and accounting tasks.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and solve problems effectively.
- Prior experience as an Accounting Assistant is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or willing to relocate (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Accounting Assistant: 2 years preferred.
