Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic accounting tasks, such as filing, data entry, accounts receivables, accounts payables, financial reports and other related matters.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or any related courses.
- With at least 1 – 2 year(s) of relevant experience is required for this position.
- Highly analytical, keen to details, and is results-oriented.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Amenable to work in San Juan City.
