Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team at Brio Kolours Co, Inc. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in accountancy or business, or have 1 year of experience in the accounting field, we encourage you to apply. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
This position requires a strong ability to balance multiple areas of the Accounting Department and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is a must.
The Accounting Assistant will work closely with the head of the department to ensure the long-term financial success of the company.
- Provide general support to the accounting department.
- Manage the company’s payables and receivables.
- Verify payments and deposits made through the company and coordinate with the bank.
