Job Description
1. Input delivery receipts and FGSTR to Quickbooks
2. Prepare commercial invoice for every delivery of MEPI and Alpha
3. Prepare billing for all declared customers
4. Prepare monthly and annual sales
5. Input local sales and other miscellaneous income
6. Receive payments from all declared customers
7. Tally DR & FGTSR weekly & monthly – Accounting vs. Shipping
8. Monthly stamping of paid files per customer
10. Prepare Official Receipts
11. Prepare Sales invoice for every delivery charge and Box Purchase of reject
12. Request 2307 from the customer
13. Filing of PO’s and SOA per customer
