Job Description
DO IT MARKETING CO., PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team in Biñan City, Laguna. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing daily deposits, updating payment details, monitoring cash flows, and participating in audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily deposit cash and cheques
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Monitor petty cash fund and cash advances
- Post expenses in accounting software
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance
- 1 year experience as an Accounting Assistant (Preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
