Job Description
Evergreen Rubber Corporation is seeking a proactive individual with a proven high-quality work ethic to fill a position of Accounting Staff to support the company. The individual must hold any Bachelor’s degree related to Business and Accounting to qualify for the job position. The all-encompassing role of the Accounting Staff is to work closely with the other sales staff.
The following are the job qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Management etc. Seniors graduating with an eligible Bachelor’s degree in 2023 may apply. Please provide a TOR or any equivalent document for review.
- Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold.
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
- Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
- Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
- Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.
- Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
- Generating reports and statements for internal use.
