Job Description

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any business-related course
- Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel
- Responsible for encoding Cash Disbursement Journal, Purchases Journal, and Sales and Collection Journal; checking and posting payments/remittances
- Prepare Petty Cash Expenses and Purchases Expenses Vouchers
- Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports and verifying information
- Assist account supervisor in reconciling accounts
- Maintain confidentiality of the organization’s information
- Achieve accounting and organizational goals by completing related tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour day shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
