Job Description
Job description:
- Assist in handling/monitoring various Accounts, including advances to employees, due to government agencies, and accounts payable to suppliers.
- Assist in inventory of records (DMS) and monitors document completeness.
- Receives and routes documents to/from Accounting Department.
- Assist in billing, collection, and other assigned tasks.
Qualification Standards:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accountancy
- Experience: Minimum 3-year experience in billing, collection, payroll, disbursements, and taxes.
- Training: None required
- Eligibility: Preferably a Career Service Professional
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 10-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Accounting Assistant: 3 years preferred
Language: English preferred
License/Certification: CPA preferred
