Job Description
IdealSearch Consulting is seeking a full-time Accounting Staff member in Davao City to support office and finance operations. Responsibilities include managing office supplies and stock orders; preparing expense, budget, and statistical reports; maintaining company databases and confidential filing systems; responding to employee and client inquiries; updating office policies; managing calendars and meetings; arranging travel and accommodations; coordinating events; distributing correspondence; and performing general office housekeeping.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum one year of office experience preferred, fluency in Filipino and English, and availability for in-person work. Compensation starts at Php25,00 per month.
