Job Description
The Accounting Staff at Magnificent Trio Properties Inc. shall be responsible for the maintenance of General Ledger. They will ensure that transactions are completely and correctly recorded to the correct accounting period, prepare financial statements, schedules, and analyses, perform bank reconciliation, and file insurance policies, long-term deposit receipts, and other related documents. It is essential for the Accounting Staff to keep financial information confidential and not disclose it without due authorization.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Knowledgeable in bookkeeping process and experienced in the preparation of financial statements under a computerized accounting setup
- Advanced skill level in using Microsoft Excel application
- Above-average oral and written communication skills
- Good comprehension and analytical skills
- Excellent numerical skills
- Proactive, flexible, resource, and results-oriented
- Can work under pressure and remain positive in a stressful environment
- Willing to work in Magallanes, Makati City
