Job Description
MTC Ads and General Merchandise is seeking to hire an Accounting Staff member. The primary responsibilities for this role include managing both accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and ensuring that collections are completed promptly. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting bank reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports.
Additional duties involve data entry, supporting tax preparation efforts, and assisting during audits. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate financial records.
