Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team as an Accounting Staff. In this position, you will be responsible for handling various financial tasks such as bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and financial analysis.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in handling night shift responsibilities, will be highly advantageous.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records and preparing reports.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assisting with financial analysis and budgeting activities.
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software.
