Job Description
Preparation of reports such as:
- Retail and Distribution Sales & Cost of Sales (per transaction & monthly)
- Inventory of Apparel, Helmets, Parts & Tires (weekly)
- Cash Disbursement Voucher Petty Cash Fund & Revolving Fund Replenishment
- Financial Statement – (Sales, Cost of Sales, Acknowledgement Receipt, Collection Receipt, proper entry for Cash Disbursement, Journal Entry, Monitor Consignment Sales & undeclared Sales, Monitor Accounts Receivable per Client -distribution of Mitas Tires-)
- BIR 2550M/2550Q – (Monthly & Quarterly VAT Payable) BIR 0619E/1601EQ – (Monthly & Quarterly)
Performs other clerical duties such as filing documents/vouchers, retrieving files, photocopying & other duties that may be assigned by immediate head and co-workers from time to time.

Salary: Php12,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
