Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Handles the preparation and processing of payable vouchers for all requests for payment of various departments and suppliers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles commissions, contractors’, and suppliers’ payables
- Logs and forwards approved Accounts Payable Vouchers to Finance & Treasury Department
- Receives and checks suppliers’ Purchase Orders for payment processing
- Monitors and records cash disbursements
- Performs other assigned Accounting duties
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS Accountancy graduate
- At least six months related work experience
- Proficient in Excel with good communication skills
- Immediate availability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
