Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team. As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks and ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Key responsibilities:
- Process day-to-day financial transactions using Quickbooks software
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement
This position requires a degree in accounting or related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Quickbooks and strong knowledge of accounting principles are essential.
