Job Description
Our company, The Calidad Group Asia Inc., is currently seeking an Accounting Staff/Bookkeeper to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Preparing monthly accounts.
- Coordinating with external Accountant for annual accounts and tax queries.
- Reconciliation, preparation, and lodgement of monthly or quarterly business activity statements.
- Reconciling bank accounts.
- Managing accounts payable and processing invoices due for payment.
- Managing accounts receivable and allocating payments.
- Implementing credit control measures for overdue payments.
- Processing payroll and other related tasks.
- Assisting with basic HR administrative tasks.
- Field collection of receipts (store visits), BIR Visits, and other Compensation and Benefits-related tasks.
Requirements to be Successful with the role:
- Experience across a wide range of accounting functions.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to take responsibility and be accountable for workload.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other financial accounting packages.
- Bachelor of Business Degree / Diploma in Accounting.
- Must have own laptop and reliable internet access.
- XERO experience is a must.
- Good communication skills in English/Filipino.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Php 18,00.00 – Php 20,00.00 per month
