Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing and routing payment vouchers
  • Ensure complete documentation for payments
  • Evaluate taxes applicable to expenses
  • Coordinate with suppliers and departments
  • Monitor payment status and expense filing
  • Manage recurring expenses and accruals
  • Perform other assigned tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Flexible, initiative-driven, and multitasker
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and independent worker
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time
