Job Description
Our team is looking for an Accounting Staff with the following qualifications:
- A Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of work experience as an Accounting Staff
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
- Monitors daily reports from operations and closely coordinates regarding any reports irregularities
- Consolidates sales/income of the company for income/expense monthly reporting
- Monitors inventory levels of stocks and may perform physical inventory count periodically
- Performs reconciliation of reports i.e. bank recon, reports, etc.
- Prepares BIR Forms such as but not limited to Percentage Tax, Income Tax, etc.
- Provides supports to the Financial Controller for reports consolidation or FS Reporting
- Maintains the ledgers of the company i.e. ppe depreciations, a/r, a/p, etc.
- Safekeeping and filing of printed reports provided by the operations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
