Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Staff. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights on budget variances and financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documents and explanations to auditors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
