Job Description
Allegro Beverage Corporation is currently looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks and ensuring smooth daily, weekly, and monthly operations. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company. Responsibilities:
- Prepare income summary and check vouchers/disbursements
- Conduct regular internal audits to all Branch of Allegro (Manila, Cebu, Pampanga, and Davao) and submit audit results/recommendations to Management
- Validate supporting documents before processing requests for payment
- Monitor and prepare government monthly remittance for SS/ Pag-ibig and Philhealth
- Analyze and file BIR remittances such as VAT, EWT, and WTC.
- Prepare annual alpha list for Withholding Tax-Expanded
- Support the annual audit of external auditors
- Monitor and validate employees’ incentives if sales targets meet the actual sales and cost of sales performance
- Monitor accounts receivables status handled by the Accountant. Ensure up-to-date collections needed in cash flow reports
- Assist and gather data from other departments in preparation of the annual budget and monitor expense utilization
- Assure various accounting positions and duties are flowing smoothly on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Analyze and approve journal entries, analysis, and reconciliation
- Schedule and monitor monthly physical inventory count; and annual inventory count closing
